How to Switch from Intel HD to AMD Radeon? : V

So I tried by disabling the Intel HD Card in the driver section and booted Skyrim up. However, I still wasn't able to select my radeon card. The only thing which came up was the Microsoft basic renderer. Does anyone know how to do this? I cant seem to find a good answer online. Thanks

First off all see if you have installed the Catalyst driver. (so you will have 2 graphic cards on your control panel -> Display adapters.) (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf-JAVA/Doc/images/572/c03590689.jpg)

Instal ATI driver and utility, choose advanced mode in it, choose power, choose switchable graphics method. (http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9207iF4488B3440345DA7/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&px=-1)

Choose manually and not application based, Apply & close, on the desktop choose right click and chose configure switchable graphics.

Click on high performance GPU (radeon) or Power sawing GPU (Intel HD)
