Shout Walls : V

I have 10 dragon souls and no shouts to spend them on. Where are the shout walls?

Are most of these walls guarded by dragon priests?

About eight, the rest are guarded by dragons or in quest locked locations.

Quest locked dungeons are annoying though. It doesn't help my Dragonborn who wants to maximize his full potential. He'd have to join every guild.

My biggest issue with Skyrim. I've resorted to plate glitching and other exploits to get the Mastered Shouts I want.

Yeah, I'll have to give up a few for my character too. At least there is one you can get by eradicating a faction instead of joining.

At least. Too bad its bugged if you have Dawnguard installed. You get two copies of the shout.

Whats plate glitching?

Anyway yea, i hate it how some dungeons are quest locked AND have dragon shouts in them =.= Have quest locked dungeons if you want, but dont prevent me from getting me 3 word shout thankyouverymuch.
