First things first, download and install https://code.google.com/p/better-oblivion-sorting-software/downloads/list, run it and let it sort out your mods.

Once you've done that, open the BOSS Log and check to see if any of your mods are unrecognized. If they are, they'll be placed at the end of your load order, and you will have to manually sort them.

A tip here. While BOSS may not recognize all of the mods you may use, chances are that if you look through the Masterlist you'll find a specific category you can add it to, or even another mod that does something similar to the one that's not recognized. That will give you an idea of a good place to have it come up in the list. Looking through the masterlist will also give you an idea of what mods there are out there, and you might find something that interests you.

Those are recommendations for creating a Bashed Patch using a utility called Wrye Flash. At least I believe that's what it's called. The Bashed Patch will help resolve any conflicts that might occur if two or more mods are making changes to the same item/list etc. in the game.

If you go to the folder where you have BOSS installed, you'll see a sub-folder for the game. Inside will be a text file called "Masterlist". This is the list that BOSS uses in order to sort the mods and contains the names of all the ones it knows about, which are placed under various categories. If BOSS sees the name of the mod in that list, it will sort it according to the order it appears there.

According to the 72 Bunker mod's Nexus description page, B72v3_MHOO.esp and B72v3-02.esp are no longer required and should be deleted. There is also a .bsa file, B72v3-02.bsa, in your Data folder that should be deleted.

Again from that description page, there should be a file named B72v3-03.esp that should be in your load order, but I don't see it there. While you're looking in your Data folder, make sure the file B72v3-03.bsa is present.

There is a Patch 3-03 file on the 72 Bunker Nexus page which needs to be downloaded and installed. It looks like it upgrades the mod version, and probably fixes bugs. Did you download and install that file? It probably adds the -03 versions of the .esp and .bsa files I mentioned above. Don't forget to toggle Archive Invalidation with FOMM once you've got everything set up.

You'll probably have a conflict between 72 Bunker and Megaton House and Theme Overhaul, with the house and theme mod winning the conflict since it loads last. What this means is you will probably not be able to access the bunker from the house, as the door to the bunker inside the house will be removed. My suggestion is to get rid of Megaton House and Theme Overhaul - I've used it in the past and it's quite buggy.

You may be able to resolve the conflict with a Bashed patch, which would require you to get Wrye Flash to build the patch. That's what the Bash tag suggestions you asked about are for.

The 2 Perks per Level mod page isn't very helpful about where to place it in your load order, but based on what it did say, I'd load it after the goat_perks.esp file.

AltonAddon's page is also not very helpful about where to install the .esp. It looks like the only thing the mod adds to the vanilla game world is a manhole to access the new location. You'd probably be safe loading it fairly high - try putting it after BetterGamePerformance.esp.

Strange the nexus page for the bunker didnt say that for me, maybe I was looking at the wrong one. It also said it moved the door to work with the overhaul mod.

Ill go and look again, maybe I have an older version. edit:yea older version/

Should I bash everything it says, is it easy to do? I have the goty edition, do I have to clean the dlc? How do I do that?

Thanks for any help.
