Skyrim CTD - With Error Log : V

Hey,

I keep getting random CTD's. They seemed to be caused when I enter an area. If I reload, it'll happen again in the same area.

This is what i've got from the error log (It spams this so many times):

[08/06/2013 - 06:29:28PM] Error: Property BloodFX on script zbloodnpcbleed attached to Active effect 1 on (2801B6D8) cannot be bound because (0102DF26) is not the right type

This is my Load Order. Please note that I tried turning off Crimson Tide - Blood and it still caused the CTD's.

Any help would be brilliant. I can't play this game until it's fixed :'( And if no one has any answers I guess I have to go through my entire Mod list and deactivate them 1 by 1.
