The Best Cities of TES

What do you guys think the best locations were in these games? I personally was very biased and went with majority Morrowind, because the atmosphere in that game was brilliant. Getting off the ship and seeing the silt strider in the heavy fog was amazing, and I was astounded by the scale and uniqueness of Vivec. What do you guys think the best locations were and why?

What does "epic" mean, in regard to cities?

EDIT: Never mind, it doesn't matter. The way these questions are worded I can't answer the poll anyway. So I'll write out my answers.

What was the best starting location in TES?
Morrowind - Seyda Neen

What was the most epic city in TES?
I loathe and detest Vivec and the Imperial City. And I don't know why Winterhold was included. It's barely more than a few houses.

I guess my answer to this question is either Solitude or Balmora.

What game had the most unique and memorable cities/villages in your opinion?
Skyrim.

Kewlest wayz to get between the cities?
Silt Strider.

Basically being enormous in scale and having amazing architecture, as well as being diverse in what it offers, like docks as well as stables for example.
