I've noticed these weird shadows at Alvor's forge in Riverwood after starting a new game with plenty of new mods installed. So basically, moving around with my camera makes the shadows move drastically, imagine moving your character, and have shadow disappear where it was before. I ran around a bit in Riverwood, it seems shadows just get cut off at certain angles, I noticed shadow from a tree getting cut off in the corner of my screen.

Anyway, I've tried deactivating ENB and lighting mods I installed, but they don't seem to be the problem. I don't know much about ini settings, but I've looked up about them without much success. I have an AMD Radeon HD 6800 graphics card, and my driver is supposed to be up to date. I did get a new motherboard just now, but I don't think that's supposed to make any difference.

Anyone with any ideas what could be the problem?
