Just dived into the water in vault 3 to explore and suddenly my health is just dissapearing and I'm dead, I reload and time it and from when I hit the water it's 17-18 seconds before I'm dead (Endurance 8). This has to be a bug right? No one drowns that fast. I thought it was project nevada causing it but I removed it from the load order and I still die just as fast.

Nevermind seems that someone actually did this intentionally, found a mod that fixes it though.
