no, TESO takes place in the 2nd Era, long before any of the other games... and is made by an entirely seperate studio.
we will see TES6 in about 4-6 years, judging by Bethesdas past production times...

TES6 is more than likely at some stage of development by Bethesda. TES Online is a separate game by a separate studio, Zenimax Online.
