The Khajiit caravan around Riften stopped moving around and instead, they just stand there outside of the city walls. The only mods I think that may have affected this are either 'Wet and Cold" or "Inconsequential NPCs", however, I had these mods installed long before this issue had occurred and they had no problems until I did the moon amulet quest for Kharjo.

So, anyone have any idea whats going on and how to remedy these lazy Khajiit caravans?

There are a couple quests which make the caravans stay in place until those quests are completed. Are you on anything that could possibly do so?

Nothing that I could think of... besides the moon amulet quest which I already did. Perhaps its the TG questline? I have yet to complete it and hence, have not yet received the quest where I give the moon sugar to Risaad. But I don't understand how that would affect the caravan outside of Riften as its not the one with Risaad in it.

Maybe you could give me a list of quests that are known to cause this bug?

If you do the quest to get Kharjo's Moon Amulet back for him you can always know where Ahkari is as long as you don't give the amulet back to Kharjo !!!!
