What do I do with all of these Fiend heads? : Fallout: New Vegas

I think I've gotten 3 or 4 of them, but noone has offered me a bounty for them or anything. So I'm not sure what the point of them is, and I don't think I can remove them from my inventory after I collect them.

There's a sidequest in the NCR that asks you to collect them.
