So I plan on getting a PC (at some point) and I have ALL the mods Hearthfire, Dragonborn, and Dawngaurd, but if I got a new PC and got Skyrim would it corrupt or make a problem or would the mod's data all come with the files and such. Basically I'm saying if I transfer saves with the DLCs would it screw up my game or not?

As long as you install the game same on both PCs, then your saves will be just fine.
