Fort Snowhawk Prison chest with no exit

There's a chest on top of Fort Snowhawk Prison in a recess surrounded by fallen masonry. Having looted this chest, I was unable to exit the recess.

Just fast travel to Fort Snowhawk would be my suggestion. :)

Good thought! But I was rather hoping somebody at Bethesda would want to modify the rubble to allow a person to climb out.
