Newb (probably) modding question.

I have very little actual modding experience... I just attempt to fix things that bug me, and pray that I don't create more problems.

Anyway, I'm the sorta guy who likes to wear robes over his armor. No big deal. It always sorta bothered me that the bonemold bracers, for instance, clipped through the robes terribly. I noticed that if I add left and right wrists as biped objects to the robes, it fixes these clipping issues (or at very least, drastically improves them).

My question is this: are there going to be any side effects of adding these biped objects? I can still equip said bracers, so that's no issue... but I wanted to make sure that this wasn't going to break anything. Thoughts?

as long as you only change the model, there won't be any serious trouble. should anything go wrong, all you need to do is to reverse it back to original model.

Awesome. Thank you. I wonder, why weren't robes set up like this in the first place? It's insane how easy it was to fix huge hunks of armor sticking out of my sleeves.

I guess the reason I assumed that it messed something up is that if it didn't, it would have been done in the first place. Wrong.
