Every so often I get days that are supposedly sunny but seem almost overcast in terms of lighting. It seems something is off as I get the occasional flicker of brightness, almost a lightning effect. What I am unsure of is the cause. I use COT, RLO and RealVision Enb which is designed to work with the two lighting mods. I am curious if this is a skyrim or a mod issue, or worst of all a video card issue (Geforce GTX 650ti 2gb).

Most sunny days are sunny but I want to be sure I shouldn't be overly concerned with the occasional darker than normal sunny day. the effect does remain the same if I turn off the ENB in game so I don't think it is related to this in particular.

edit: Nevermind. It really is stormy without the rain. Seems to be a COT issue. Will try the recently released patch for overcast weather to see if it fixes this.
