Vanilla Skyrim doesn't have a Texture folder. Textures are loaded from the BSA (or something like that) files automatically. The only point of a Texture folder is to override the default textures.

ok thats good but i have a quick question, what popular mods go in the "textures" file of common/skyrim/data???? because i know AV Variants goes in it and i just checked for AV.... it's all gone. That means any other mod that goes in that folder is gone too, but idk which ones. (P.S. i only downloaded popular mods, mainly the "top 50 mods by PCGamer.

All loose files go in directories in the Data directory, textures (DDS files) go in the textures directory.
