Magicka won't increase on level up

Post » Thu Aug 15, 2013 3:43 am

So after a decade I've finally started playing Morrowind again, I'm now level 47 and all my attributes are 100 except for my personality and luck. Despite my intelligence being 100 I've noticed that my Dunmer custom class Warrior sign character's Magicka has never increased, it's still at 100. This is annoying since many of the spells I like to use need more than that.

My question is, shouldn't my magicka have gone up? My health and fatigue have although my health seems to be capped at 397 :s

Like I said it's been a long time since I've played Morrowind and I've forgotten a lot of about it.

Magicka is determined by multiplying your Intelligence by your base Magicka Multiplier. Its 1 as default. So yours at 100 is normal.

If you are altmer with atronach, magicka multiplier becomes 4.5 giving 450 magicka at 100 intelligence.

PS: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Fortify_Maximum_Magicka should explain it better

That just occurred to me as well. Oh well should have picked the Mage or Apprentice sign. Will have to find some fortify Magicka enchantments. Thanks!
