Controlling magic projectiles?

Post » Thu Aug 15, 2013 2:46 am

Now I noticed with EnableAI() that spells are also frozen in place along with the actor.

So, along that line, can we apply the same to projectiles only? (so I can freeze a fireball in place, or translate that back towards the caster etc...)

But projectiles don't have a script button...so I'm not sure whether this is actually possible. Can we reference a projectile to use in TranslateTo() ?

Hoping anyone has some ideas on how to tackle this issue.

I think the short answer is: No

I remember Duke Patrick grumbling about how there is no way to track/manipulate arrows one they've been shot. I think the same will be true for magic projectiles
