Hi guys!

So... I joined the Imps, and the Jarl of Whiterun has sent me to Windhelm with an axe. I did the quest a few times when I played on PS3, no problem. I recently got the game for PC, and this is the frist time I'm doing it on there.

Anway, upon entering Windhelm, the Stormcloaks attack on sight. They will not let me talk to them, even if I try to yield. I have quite a few mods installed, so I tried disabling them, but it didn't chance a thing.
I've tried seatching Google for similar issues, but couldn't find anything exactly like it. I did try all the suggestions, though (yielding, reloading an earlier save, and killing one of them to them pay my bounty), but notning has worked.
It's the first time I've been to Windhelm on that character, so it's not like I have a bounty there already. I also have never befare attacked a Stormcloak, except for in the quest for that Jagged Crown.

Any suggestions? If a console command is the only way to go, I'll do it, but I would prefer not to.
