Hello there everyone i dont know where to put my topic so I decided to place it here. I bought new vegas few days ago and everything was excelent but after Ulises dlc (dont remember the real name, the one with nuclear rockets and laser remote) all my fighting skills are 0 (guns; electricity guns; demolitions etc). This isnt any disease or limb effect or anything tried to use to magazines to change the value but still 0 i dont know what to do. Does anyone had the same problem?

OK I just gained some information my reduced skills are from flashbang grenade which is used by ulysses. But this reduction should last only for a moment but this is permanent effect for me does anyone have same problem? Some other guys on the internet got same problem but still no solution.

There is no known solution for this bug. I managed myself to just avoid this grenade in the fight (Ulysses just have one flashbang in the fight) so there is no stats reduced effect. If someone will find any solution respond here.
