I want to destroy dark brotherhood but i have some questions
1) Does it worth it?
2)Do certain quests like the one where you go to Hags end to search for a dead assassin occur?
3)Does the Katariah ship appear?
4)What happens to Cicero?

Hang on there big boy... That is too much detail for this forum. Hit the report button and ask a moderator to move this to the Spoiler Forum.
I wouldn't it has a good questline, and you are a low level and try to kill astrid, ha good luck.
Not worth it. It's like 30 minutes of gameplay whereas you'd get much more out of actually doing the questline. And you can't access the master alchemy trainer. And no horse. And no other rewards. I destroyed it and now I regret it
I went through it once. And tried to do it again, but I can't take the torchure anymore.
Between Three Dog's voice and that idiot Astrid? It's just too much.
Oh... Hell no! I first heard his voice and the only thing I could see every time I looked at him was that "Good Fight" bastard from FO3.
I admit, I did make an Imperial Nazir that had absolutely no voice file. He just stands there and shrugs his arms as the dialog options pop up... lol
I destroyed it with most characters, I prefer heavy armour anyway. Easy 3000 gold from Maro. I can now never get either Shadowmere or the Spectral Assassin but that doesn't bother me. I have Arvak so I don't need Shadowmere and there are plenty summon spells and shouts in the game that are stronger than the Spectral Assassin. Cicero just never shows up again if you destroy them although the one member of the DB that I would like to introduce to my Pa's Axe the most doesn't show up either. Hopefully the Vigilantes of Stendarr will get that vampire.
Your reward for destroying the Dark Brotherhood is 3,000 gold from Commander Maro. In addition, you can loot the following from the Dark Brotherhood members:
The other assassins have some leveled equipment during this quest that they don't carry otherwise, but it's not particularly memorable. You can loot two complete sets and one almost-complete set of Shrouded Robes, and two complete sets and one near-complete set of Shrouded Armor. You can also obtain Nazir's unique red-and-black Redguard clothing.
The Blade of Woe that you loot off of Astrid cannot be disarmed.
You will miss out on:
By and large, though, the rewards that you'd receive for following the Dark Brotherhood questline are only of interest to a stealth-based character.
To answer your questions more specifically:
2) No, this quest is unavailable.
3) The Emperor and his ship never arrive in Skyrim.
4) Cicero disappears from the game.
