I created an NPC in my mod which seems to work fine on my end but a user has been having issues with the npcs having a grey face and looking sickly. I have a feeling it may be related to dawnguard but not sure.

I did export the facegens properly (as far as I know) and archived them in the .bsa. It's the only npc the user is having an issue with. Anyone have any ideas?

I take it you did the crtl + f4 thing already and packed them properly?

Try removing your mod and then downloading the one you uploaded and see if the problem persists at your end.

Unfortunately the problem is not on my end. A user is having the problem and if one is having it im sure others are as well. I see the vampire just fine. I know for certain that the .bsa was packed properly. Which makes me think its a mod conflict somewhere.

I actually tried what you suggested. I deleted all the face gen folders and moved the .bsa and .esp to a different folder then subscribed to my mod. I still see her just fine.
