I have some questions about Morrowind mods.

1. Does every mod work with steam Morrowind GOTY edition? Is installing them for steam version any harder or maybe everything works without problems like mods in Skyrim steam version?

2. I want to install Overhaul 3.0 for visuals and small mod for levelling (Linora's Leveling Mod). Could you recommend me some mod packs that enhance gameplay (for someone who has never played Morrowind). I prefer packs so mods don't conflict.

If there are no packs like this I'd be very grateful if you give me a mod that makes magic based characters a little more powerful by adding things like mana regen (but still working with mentioned Ov3.0 and LLM).
