Ok so do oblivion gates keep spawning after you close one of them,until martin closes them all?

Oblivion gates will continue to spawn until you've completed the main quest. Ten gates will always open as you work through the main quest, while up to 50 more can spawn randomly. You can never have more than 60 gates open in a single playthrough.

So there is unlimited amount of oblivion gates? Or are there only 60 and don't respawn.

You have the 10 fixed gates that open at various points in the main quest, plus up to 50 of the random ones per game. These can spawn in any one of 90 possible locations on the map. Once you've closed a gate, it will not re-open for the rest of that playthrough, and no other gates will appear in that spot.
