My sanity is at an end, I don't know what else to try! When I look at certain indoor objects (wooden shelves, sofas, books), there will be a very brief overlay of red or greenish tinge on the edges. This only lasts for maybe 1/4 second as I change my viewpoint - it's incredibly distracting!

I've tried:

1. Uninstalling all mods
2. Deleting and resetting my ini files
3. Deleting directory and redownloading from Steam
4. Updating Video drivers to Nvidia 306.97, 320.49, 326.19, 326.41 (the last two being beta)
5. Doing a Windows Update
6. Turning off AA/AF/Shadows in the launcher

All to no avail. I don't know what else to do; i've run the game perfectly in the past, albeit on an ATI card. Does anyone have an idea?
