Tips or examples for building a Speech character

This is my first time posting on the Bethesda forums so hello. I know there is probably a topic on this subject somewhere in the forums but I could not find it so I apologize in advance.

I am going to start a new game in New Vegas and was going to do a speech character which is designed to explore almost all the dialogue in the game. I wanted the communities opinion

on what you think is the best build for doing this. I have all the DLC's for the game. While I have my own ideas I just wanted others opinions. If you could give me examples or perhaps some

builds you have used in previous playthroughs that would be awesome! Thank you! :D

Charisma and Luck are important for Speech in this game. Almost every speech check can be done with a skill of 80. There are a few end game challenges that need more. But with Comprehension Perk, the Meeting People magazine Boosts you 20. Also, there are certain clothing articles to wear that help (sixy Sleepware for instance). So, you don't need to max out Speech if you have equipment and aids that will give you temporary boosts. Just save first before initiating dialog in case you need to prepare.

If your chasing down the First Act of the MQ, your going to want your Speech at 60 (just base or reinforced) to cover all those challenges, so plan on getting your Speech to that level by the time you get to the strip. Get it up to 65 or 70 for all the other Strip related speech challenges you may come across. Since following the first act puts you there at level 8 to 12, depending on how thorough you are, plan your points allocation accordingly.

You also don't need to dump all your points into Charisma and Luck, just some of them. You can get Implants and the aforementioned reinforcements as you need them in the game.
