More ram, it's better?

Well, I have 5 gbs of ram, an overclocked Q9650 at 4gh + GTX 660 OC. A medium level PC.

Sometimes I get a lot of freezes and when I see the ram used, it is 88-92%

I suppose it would be good to have 8 gbs for example. I think it would cause a lot less freezing? Of course Skyrim won't use that much ram, but as it uses a lot of ram (because of the mods) and I have just 5, seems my system needs more ram, and is causing the game to freeze.

It is a good idea or it will be the same?

Of course this is all with mods, RealVision enb, HD textures, etc, etc around 90 mods (I have deleted some of them and the game runs better now anyway).

You can download this: Skyrim Performance Monitor (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6491/?)

...and see for yourself how your PC configuration and the 5 mode's you have, behaves in real time...!!!

Read the instructions carefully !!!! - GOOD LUCK !!! :D

Don't worry about it. I have tried it too, and after the first time it crashes every time i exit the game (i thing because i changed the resolution from 1366x768 to 1360x768)

The think is after you exit and the game crashes you can read the results anyway. (As for the in game OSD panels for FPS-DRAM-CPU-GPU usage they working just fine)

After that you can uninstall it....and no problemo.
