I had a power disconnect while Nexus Mod Manager was on and now I can't launch it.

I have reinstalled 5 times and the same happens. Please, don't tell me I have to uninstall all mods or something like that :/

If yes, then I won't use it again. Can I install mods with Wrye Bash?
