Sigurd with his stupid wood...

Post » Mon Aug 19, 2013 1:06 am

I can't be the only one who wants to ruin his day when I see him walking around Whiterun with his wood out?

I'm talking broad daylight, casting telekinesis on his wood, and watch the whole city get pelleted with raining wood for a good 15 seconds or so (that has to be one downside of having your wood out all the time), and if i'm lucky, there'll be some wood left for me to get another telekinesis in.

The most hilarious, sick and twisted part? I mean, besides beating around his wood? Going to talk to him afterwords, only to hear him say:

"I work for Belethor, at the general goods store"

Priceless. And yes, I may have a problem.

A problem? Not at all. That NPC is useless.

That just sounds so... wrong?

And yeah, kinda pisses me off that that's the only thing he ever says. He's a one-line wonder lol

Whenever I'm chopping wood, his [censored] always comes at me and says "Not to be rude, but I have no time to talk right now". You talked to me!

Sometimes the wood is glitched out in his hands, so from afar, it looks like hes carrying a body  If I see it again, ill post a picture.

Even worse. You know how if people are talking to you when you go in your house, they go in with you? Yeah, he says that to me. After following me into my own home.

He has rarely been a problem in my game, as I rarely see him (no I did not kill him). I find Nils to be more so annoying.

In one of my games, Belethor was killed early on in a vampire attack (along with Adrianne...wah...). Sigurd kept marching up and down the street, arms full of wood, telling all and sundry that he works for Belethor. I think his mind snapped with the shock. He could at least have taken over the store, the little milkdrinker.

When I first started 'modding in anger', I remember installing several mods at the same time. Not advisable, but I was a bit carried away.

I saw Sigurd walking past my front door with his wood out as I left Breezehome for the day:

"Here we go", I thought to myself...

It was only much later that I found out that this was part of vanilla Skyrim.

Modding in... wait... what? People usually mod happily. Unless you... switched to PC at that time?
