Less Is More Or Less

Becoming everything in one play-through may have it's moments transforming into a God like being

and all, yet wouldn't it be better having restrictions regarding how powerful or how much your PC

can advance or become?

Should classes exist?

Should classes matter?

What's the point in creating a stealth character if you end up becoming everything under the sun?

Make my choice to become a stealth character matter!

Make my choice to become a explosives expert matter!

Make my choice to become a small guns expert matter!

Ect...

What type of RPG do you prefer?

I prefer Fallout type of RPG, not (F)Oblivion type of RPG.

You can become a god like being within the ES and in FO so I fail to understand your point?

This thread has nothing to do with ES it's all about weather or not becoming a god like being is as important as having your

choice of play style matter.

Fallout has, and has had, a classless system, so no for classes. But the advancement system can and should be adjusted to better present a requirement to specialize (and disallow master-of-all builds).

There are various ways to achieve this -- if there's willingness to explore the possibilities (cumulatively increasing skillpoints costs, disallowing fragmental 1/100 increments altogether, taking XP rewards away from singular enemies and focusing on larger achievements like quests, etc, etc), which I doubt because in a Beth game everybody needs to have everything reagardless of anything.
