Orbits of the moons?

This question might be directed more to the lore buffs ... You see, I was wondering whether Secunda and Masser follow the same orbit as the sun in Skyrim like in real life. In other words, moonrise in the east and moonset in the west (in general anyway). I've tried to look it up, but there's barely any information about the orbits (or rather the movements) of those spirits. Do they even change places in comparison to the sun? They're not really planets after all ...
On that same note, can we also safely assume both Magnus and the moons never appear in the North in Skyrim?

I'm asking these questions since I'm writing the story of my werewolf character, who's pretty much obsessed with the moons. So yeah, not even knowing their orbits might be strange to say the least.

This should probably be in the lore section.

Other than that, I have absolutely no clue eleven though I'd be interested in the answer.
