I've completely uninstalled and then reinstalled the game.

Now NMM reports green signs for mods that actually aren't downloaded. The program doesn't recognize that I have no longer that mods on my Hard Disk.

How can I do?

If I re-download a mod from the Nexus site, then the Mod Manager add it one more time in the Mod lists, so I have a mod twice.
