Hello Everyone,

I have searched at many websites and have had no luck but I think some people on this website might have a clue or might have a link to somewhere else. Does anyone here know how the Morrowind Overhaul exe file was created because it looks really advanced (images and can choose options and searches for updated software etc) and I have no idea how to make these types of exe files. I have created simple ones on iexpress but they are nothing like this. Please help because I have been looking for a month now with no success and a little point in the right direction could help. I have done a post on 4 places and all I have had is 1 reply. I will be thankful for any help that can be given.

Also: A person on my post on another website mentioned that there is a possibility it was programmed with C++ and utilizing .NET Framework and suggests it was hand-coded in many places.

The person was correct. The exe was written in C++ programming language, taking advantage of .NET Framework. So you would need to learn C++ or similar programming language(C#, Java) to create programs like this. But GUIs are quite advanced and require some experinece with given programming language.

Thanks for the help, It is good to know that the puzzle has been solved. Even if it takes months, I will attempt to learn C++ and .NET Framework. Thanks for the help, this kind of question on my posts was only replied by 2 people (including you) so I am greatly thankful for the help given.
