Are the items added by the Courier's Stash the only way to obtain those items in the game? For example, if I did not load the Courier's Stash would I never be able to get the Caravan Shotgun?

I would like to start a new game without using the Stash but still wanting the possibility of obtaining some of the weapons by finding/buying them. Thanks.

you can only get the shotgun and the pistle that comes with the DLC from the courier stash.

there are lots of caravan shotguns. but only one sturdy caravan shotgun.

if you don't load it, you can get it at anytime when you do load it. But only once I think.
