Hi everyone, I wonder how I could improve my fallout 3 experience.I looked into Tes nexus for the top 100 mods and I feel like that's a good list for starting

Is there an utility equivalent to "Boss" for oblivion for fallout 3 ?
And what about wrye bash ?

Yes, both BOSS and Bash work for Fallout 3, and FO3Edit , which is the same program as for Oblivion, Skyrim and FNV. In fact, BOSS is the same program for all the games. Bash is a port. You have to either install a standalone version or have all the dependencies already. If you have Oblivion or Skyrim, then just grab the Moby directory for the Fallout 3 port of Bash and drop it in your Fallout 3 directory.

Make sure you follow the install guide sticky in the hardware section to install the game, and don't put any mods on it until you have played the tutorial and exited the vault.
