Because it is the capital of china thus it would be nuked badly ow and the other guy I meant Hong Kong and Shanghai would be DLCs Beijing would be the main game

Not necessarily.....if I recall correctly the US Army was deep inside China and moving on Beijing when the Chinese pushed the button. The areas of China occupied by US troops wouldn't have been nuked heavily if at all. Going by Chinese history in the Fallout world you'd probably find a "American" Empire ruled by the descendants of the US Army forces in China...who after several centuries of living among and intermarrying with thier "subjects" be pretty much Chinese themselves. They would probably be fighting on and off again with the remnants of the Red regime trying to "take back China" and regional Warlords who didn't want to be ruled by either group.

I wouldn't mind, but only if the game was in Chinese. which is never ever going to happen...
So if it means Chinese people speaking fluent English with perfect American accents... then no.

Fallout 4 might also be the Lost Hills bunker (the seat of the BoS High Elder and the ruling council and the place where the organization was founded) or the Maxson Bunker (a Brotherhood of Steel outpost in the Arizona area). The Lost Hills Bunker is from fallout 1 and Maxson Bunker was going to be in Van Buren the canceled Fallout 3 game but those are just some ideas ow and I think it would be cool if the Brotherhood of steel were still fighting the (NCR New California Republic) and possibly some previously unseen super mutants or they might even be doing this for fallout four

Point Lookout's setting might have been inspired by some conceptual documents on Tactics 2.

theres a fallout 4 disscussion thread alreaddy so expect a big fat lock on this one :D.

I'm sorry but I dont know what that means i'm new hear

There is already an http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=913333 on this topic, and its redundant to have two active threads covering the same thing. After maddudeguy pointed this out everyone should have gone over there, as he is correct that we lock redundant threads.

One of the important bases of the Fallout setting is its use of 50s Americana, and it could be hard to translate that to other places. Canada (which had been annexed by the USA) would probably work, and Mexico might as well. Russia and China could work, but I'm not sure how appealing the heavy stereotyping would be. Personally I'm hoping for the Commonwealth (Massachusetts) and the Institute for Fallout 4.
