Assuming the "forgot password?" is sending you an email and you are using that link,
clear gamesas.com cookies, then try to login with your email address.

Are you able to use the "Resend Activation Email" function? That has worked for some when "forgot password?" did not.

Click on "forgot password", enter mail, copy link that come to your mail, open Internet explorer, paste your link, click on "login" 1 time, enter new pass(combination of letters and numbers) in both fields, click "save" only once, it seems that nothing has happened, but when you try to log with your mail and new pass it will work
