~Talk to Ignacio to give u key to computer outside
~Do quest "That Lucky Old Sun"
~Do not do, I MEAN DO NOT DO "OPTIONAL: Arm ARCHIMEDES Security System"
~Once you finished with the quest head back inside to talk to Ignacio and you will get infinite xp + Stimpaks + Doctor Bags.

You mean the two computers outside? I am having trouble getting this to work. :/

i think you have to do what rivera wanted which was give power to the small towns and the strip
