I am new here, from germany.
A few days ago i bought crysis 2 "Limited edition".
I installed the game and i created a new account on gamesas.com.

Now my problem:

Then i wanted the bonus content download on gamesas.com/limited edition.
When I enter the dlc code and confirm, i get always the message "promotion code not found".

Why the code is not found, what should i do???

The game is new and was sealed in foil!!!
The registration for the multiplayer worked perfectly,
only the limited edition bonus code does not work!

I hope you can help me solve my problem.

my Limited Edition code was not found what should I do?

I have had the same problem, but I don't know if we'll ever get the help we need. In gamesas.com, there is a link for a Help/Contact Form. Clicking it will simply bring you to the same webpage over and over again without displaying a Contact Form. I then tried to call them up by phone, and they have you go through a menu system to select the game you need help in. Since Crysis 2 is an older game, it will not be among the choices. Eventually, you will have to pick "Other Games" as the option, and you will be told by the recording to go to help.ea.com, and then it will say "goodbye" to you. So after all that rigmarole, you will be back to where you started.

There was a time when Electronic Arts was a decent game company, but now, they treat their customers like the plague. From the looping Help/Contact Form webpage to the phone recording that eventually just says "goodbye" to you, it is clear to me this company does not want to have anything to do with customers anymore. They dump us back to the Forums, our last choice left, where some other user can tell us to call help.ea.com.

I will never buy an EA game ever again, now that I know how their customer service has deteriorated to the point of just wanting to take your money and leaving you out to hang and dry.

Why the codes worked in the beginning, when the game came out, and now they dont do what they should do?
