First things first, https://code.google.com/p/better-oblivion-sorting-software/downloads/list, then run it and let it sort your load order. Make sure you check the BOSS log for any messages about your mods, particularly, messages about incompatibilities or needed files. Also take note of any files that are unrecognized by BOSS; these will be placed at the end of your load order by default, and will have to be manually sorted.

Once you've run BOSS, repost your modified load order.

that was from boss but it changed since then ill update as note i know it keep moving my unoffical patches

That has not been BOSS'ed yet, run BOSS and copy paste from the results.
