SkyRe ...perks are unchanged

Hey all,

I just installed a bunch of mods in conjunction with SkyRe...everything seems to be working fine except for one thing...all the perks are unchanged.

I BOSSed, bashed patched and reprocced in the correct order so don't know what's going on here.

My load order can be found below. Any help is appreciated!

HMmm..upon closer inspection it seems a bit more complicated. It seems that existing perks have been changed to the SkyRe ones, but the perk Trees are still vanilla so to speak. Lickpocking is still there...no Wayfarer. One Handed is still called One Handed instead of Light Weaponry. Could it be the slower leveling mod or Character Creation Overhaul (even though the latter says it's compatible)?

Nevermind...I've got it. It was the slower leveling mod. I guess the Community Uncapper is my best bet for similar effects?
