The CK crashes every time I try to add a 9th line to a NPC response. Can anyone duplicate this?

did you tweak the .ini to get the extra lines of dialogue?

i've never had that happen to me. but maybe you wrote in something wrong in your ini file

I have one topic info that contains 13 lines (AKA "responses"), and there's no .ini tweaks involved. They're pretty long lines, too, so I don't think there's a maximum character count, either. Could be, though.

Anyway it's easy enough to work around, just create a second topic for the lines after #8 and use "invisible continue" in the first topic to link to the second. Or give the PC some sort of "Go on" dialogue choice to link to the continuation. Frankly I hadn't even realized there were that many lines in my info until I counted just now; I may follow my own advice and give the player some dialogue action to take in the middle there, if only so their eyes don't totally glaze over.
