Hi everyone just had 2 questions about respawning in hearthfire

1.the apiary, if i take everything from it do the items respawn?

2.when i buy cow and chickens do they respawn or can i buy more?

I'm not sure. Most people say it respawns, others say it doesn't. You might just need to be away from the cell.

If either dies, just ask your Steward for another. You can only have one cow and three chicken I believe.
