If I understand correctly, the first ending pop up only if you destroy the bunker. So, what ending do you get if you kill the BoS without destroying the bunker, then finish the game for mr. House?

Best way I think - rather than plan for a particular ending just play the game how you want to and see what happens! First time anyway.
