I was involved in the volkihar Dawnguard quests and I joined the companions because I was curious(I have played as a silent archer and now as a mage and had never played this guild)

And well, I became a werewolf, and my vampirism(except vampire lord form) seems to be completely gone. My question is:

As I suppose I can cure from being a werewolf sometime in the companions quest, will my vampirism return after that moment?

Because for roleplaying purposes I don't want to play the Dawnguard vampire quests without being a pure vampire.

And, if it is not the case, Can I be a volkihar vampire again somehow after that?

You can go back to being a Vampire Lord an infinite amount of times, you just got to talk to Serena or Harkon but you only be a werewolf twice. The initial time during the ceremony and then 1 more time after that.

I don't remember that. Explain?
