Can I change the faction I'm allied with?

Hi,

I sided with the NCR and completed their side quests and the first two main quests (Allying myself with the Boomers, and "The King's Gambit", solely for the Safehouse Key and Emergency Radio (Where can I pick it up, any good locations?).

I want to side with Mr. House (for the Presidential Suite).

Is it too late for me to change sides? If I can side with Mr. House, will doing his quests hurt my standings with the NCR? I'm worried about that because I primarily use Boone as a follower and I don't want to lose access to the Radio (if I get it).

In case it matters, my allies are:

The Brotherhood of Steel (Idolized)

Boomers (Idolized)

Early on, I journeyed with Boone and cleared out Cottonwood Cove and The Fort (The latter was pretty tough, especially with my assassination attempt on Caesar, the close combat was brutal), so now the Legion hates me.

So can I side with Mr. House or is it too late?

Thanks!

I think so, as long as you did not go to far with the NCR.

*won't give spoilers, so do not ask.
