Okay, so it seems that everyone in solitude just suddenly decided to change heights. Some got taller, some got shorter and some stayed the same. My character was one of the unfortunates to have shrunken....so what the hell is happening?

The only height adjustment mod I'm using is "Height Adjusted Races", but that just changes the actual height values of the races, and shouldn't cause this random change in height across the NPCs (but I don't know really, it could be due to this mod or it could not be...mod experts help me here please).

And before you suggest using console to setscale 1... yeah I'm not gonna do that for every single NPC in solitude, and maybe even skyrim for that matter, theres just too many of them.

Did you have this problem before or after you installed that mod?

I've had this mod installed for weeks, and it hasn't had any problems at all until yesterday.
