Yep I use it. I have poor eyesight so I need it as a guide to aim properly. Couldn't play without it.

With my first time play of this game and its particular genre/style, I leave it on for now but it can distract from the immersion. Hopefully, I'll get good enough to turn it off just like I use to in FO: New Vegas.

I've never cared enough to turn it off.
