Best recording software for C3?

Post » Fri Aug 30, 2013 1:03 pm

I have seen some very nice videos from users here and I would like to attempt to start making some as well. Just wondering what the preferred software was for C3? Something free because I am broke haha

MSI Afterburner has a recording feature http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm

Its not the best thing for recording but it is the best you will get for free, and its not actually bad at all, it uses mjpeg compression which is not the best quality, other than that there is nothing wrong with it.

I have used it and am perfectly happy with it, another benefit with it is that you don't need supper fast HDD speeds.

Send me your email in a PM I'll give you a reg code for Dxtory, I've tried a few and this is the best.

I'd start with MSI Afterburner because it's free, but after trying several programs I stick with PlayClaw (http://www.playclaw.com/)

On topic, who do I talk to about not receiving pm's? Notification says that I have one, but inbox is empty. Any idea?
