When I go into any house in Orccrest the door becomes disabled and I can not leave the building again.

As in, the door no longer allows me to select it, there is no hover text to 'open door' and clicking at/near it does nothing.

The door isn't disabled - it's missing the interior teleport marker. Are you using any other mods that touch Elsweyr, like the UEAP?
