Ok, so on this one (100,000th glitch ive encountered) i began to mount my horse near fort Hraggstad and i put me to a 1st person view, and made it so my camera would not turn, or move at all.. I could move my character, but the camera was in a fixed position... I attempted several things, fast travel, saving, and reloading, turning off the ps3, etc... Nothing worked...Since its near a fort, i immediately enter combat.. Upon attacking, the camera begins an insane spinning phenominon, and stops at a random position.. Making movement utterly impossible to see.. The last time it moved, it was on the ground,FACING ME, so that im looking at my character in the face...Its as if im stuck on a particular lvl of the map so walkin up or down hills will either put me INTO the ground, or fly above the sky...

I know its a big game and all, but the more you advance a character, or progress the game, the worse it gets... Its kindve stupid that the size of a save file, can have such a huge impact on every, single aspect of your game...

try to reload a save far before that battle. (manual save)

Then re-install the game data again and load that save.

Obviously you will lose some hours of playing but....

This happened to me after hiring a carriage outside Windhelm,I hit circle to try and cancel climbing in...may be the reason it glitched the camera out,it was stuck in the same position I climbed in the carriage...

I reloaded a previous save and it was fine.

I don't think you need to reinstall the game data...shut down the PS3 and load your game,shutting down and restarting will clear the cache...or try the PS3's safe mode and Restore File System...or reload an even earlier save.
